Scanner Setup

Retrieve the Teamviewer id.
Run or re-run Teamviewer setup.
Reset Teamviewer id and password.
Clear the browser cache on the scanner.
Clear web browser cache and Wi-Fi settings.

Seminar Mode Tests

Use the following buttons to test the Seminar Mode functionality. This will test saving seminar scan data.
Any data saved will not be saved with authentic order information.
Perform a footscan using either the 'Scanning' tab or through the seminar ui. This test will save the footscans to an encrypted archive.
Perform a footscan and a PC3D scan using either the Dashboard or the seminar ui. This test will save the footscans and the PC3D scans to an encrypted archive.

Update With '--force' Flag

Use the --force flag to update a scanner that is visible, but reports an ERR status in the SDS.
This will install or re-install the current scanner image for the scanner. An internet connection is required.

Update Scanner Certificate

Use the SDS to update the SSL certificate on a scanner.
This will install or re-install the current SSL certificate on the scanner. An internet connection is required.

Manual Update (Seminars)

Please Note:
  • If the scanner image file chosen does not match the scanner's current version in the versions control file, the scanner will still be updated. When the scanner is reconnected to the internet, it will revert to the current version in the versions control file.
  • The manual seminar update will overwrite the currently installed seminar ui and will not revert to the current version when reconnected to the internet.
